This new venture is a joint effort of the Messi family and Smuggler Entertainment. They produced the Apple TV+ series “Messi’s World Cup: The Rise of a Legend” and “Messi Meets America.” Tim Pastore, CEO of Smuggler, will also serve as CEO of 525 Rosario. He produced the award-winning projects “Free Solo” and “Jane.”
525 Rosario intends to produce a mix of content. It will have unscripted documentaries, family shows, and advertiser-funded stories. WME will represent the company.
